Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Rankly tracks how brands appear in AI assistant answers and provides related analytics, recommendations, and content tools. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email and be at least 16 years old.

3. Plans, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (prompts, engines, brands, seats) apply as described at purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its API beyond your plan.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access controls.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.

5. Connected services

When you connect third-party services (Google, CMS platforms, webhooks), you authorize AI Rankly to access them as needed to provide features, and you remain bound by those third parties' terms. Content AI Rankly generates for your CMS is created as a draft for your review — you are responsible for what you publish.

6. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the brands, prompts, and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models and external data. Output (including tracking results, recommendations, and drafts) may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your judgment, not as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by AI Rankly and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it per these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Rankly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
